John F. Beach

A business litigator and administrative law practitioner, John Beach is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. John’s business litigation practice involves technically complex issues often related to regulated businesses. He is regularly engaged in high-stakes negotiation and litigation on behalf of medium-to-large closely held corporations and limited liability companies.
In his trust litigation practice, John combines his extensive experience in business law and investment fraud with the skills and experience of Ellis Lawhorne Trust and Estates attorney David Sojourner. Together John and David help clients to successfully address complex matters involving allegations of fraud, mismanagement of trust assets, and breach of fiduciary duty.
John has honed his administrative practice skills through many years of work before numerous state and federal agencies. John’s experience in business litigation includes:
- Stockbroker fraud and other investment fraud
- Trust litigation
- Condemnation, inverse condemnation, and other public takings
- Intellectual property, focusing on trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation
