Johnston Cox is a shareholder of the firm and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Johnston represents insurance companies; residential and commercial builders and contractors; municipalities; and local, regional and national retail establishments in a broad range of disputes. He has represented insurance companies in multi-million dollar class action suits and declaratory judgment actions concerning coverage issues. An experienced litigator, Johnston has represented clients in state and federal actions in the areas of:
- Business litigation
- Insurance litigation, including coverage issues
- Bad faith actions
- Fraud/arson investigations
- Civil injury litigation, including motor vehicle liability, product liability and premises liability
