Bill McElveen is the managing shareholder of the firm and a member of the Business, Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. Bill's practice spans more than 25 years handling a diverse range of real estate and banking issues. He has provided legal counsel to clients on historic rehabilitation and urban revitalization projects, commercial office building development, mixed use development projects, as well as real estate finance and commercial lending matters. Bill’s reputation reflects his integrity, professionalism and thorough approach to real estate and lending transactions.
