Shelley Sunderman Montague

Shelley Montague is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Her practice focuses on construction litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense representing insurance carriers. She has been involved in personal injury, commercial, and construction litigation cases throughout the state and has significant courtroom experience.
Construction law is a particular focus, and Shelley’s experience includes:
- Representation of general contractors, developers, subcontractors and suppliers in construction defect and claims litigation.
- Assisting clients with complex matters of product liability, the Uniform Commercial Code, and construction defect law on multi-million dollar claims associated with multi-residential housing, high-rise condominiums and commercial office buildings.
- Participation in mediating complex residential and commercial construction law cases involving multiple parties.
