Kristina Baker is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  She represents insurance companies, local, regional, and national companies, and business entities in a wide variety of areas including civil litigation, premises liability, product liability and coverage issues.  Kristina concentrates her practice in the area of defense litigation and her experience includes:

• Managing document-intensive cases involving highly sensitive confidential business and government documents
• Defending personal injury cases in magistrate and circuit courts in the state
• Assisting individual, business and insurance clients with the evaluation and eventual resolution of pending claims
  

Kristina is a talented and experienced speaker and has presented seminars on medical records confidentiality with an emphasis on the use of subpoenas to local medical records custodians, business and office managers, hospital administrators and other health professionals.
