J.P. Lee is a member of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. J.P. brings the added perspective of having a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. His practice is focused on estate administration (probate), seeking to ensure a smooth transition of wealth to beneficiaries by combining meticulous attention to detail with thoughtful, considerate counsel.

J.P. provides counsel to clients in the areas of:

 J.P. was a Dean’s List student throughout his undergraduate and law school career.  He has conducted seminars on estate planning, estate and gift taxation, probate administration, and fiduciary income tax for insurance professionals, financial advisors, trust officers, paralegals, and attorneys.
