Rip Sanders is a member of the Business, Real Estate and
Finance Practice Group. His practice is focused on the areas of commercial real estate and corporate
transactions. He assists companies and individuals with general corporate
matters as well as business transactions.

Prior to joining Ellis Lawhorne, Sanders worked for eight years, including four years as a vice-president, for a corporate relocation company. He also served on the senior leadership team and assisted with a complete reorganization of the company. In his capacity as vice-president, he also organized and operated a commercial floor-covering subsidiary. His first-hand experience in operating a company, business acumen, and attention to detail are assets to the Firm’s clients.
