Michael H. Quinn, Jr., is a member of the Business, Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. Prior to joining Ellis Lawhorne, Quinn worked for eight years with another law firm, where he gained experience in commercial real estate and business transactions, as well as civil litigation involving various real estate and business matters, including construction defects, land use disputes, condemnation, inverse condemnation, zoning matters, contract and business disputes, title insurance claims, and landlord/tenant disputes. While practicing law, he was a vice president of a Columbia title insurance agency.
Quinn focuses his practice on commercial real estate, business transactions, and condemnation matters.
Quinn earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina (USC) in 1995. He went on to earn his juris doctor from USC School of Law in 2000. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Richland Bar Association.
