Jack Pringle Receives Certification in Information Privacy

We are pleased to announce that Jack Pringle has been designated as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (“CIPP”), the first professional certification offered in information privacy.

This designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals is awarded to select attorneys that demonstrate a strong foundation in U.S. privacy laws. Areas covered include those protecting personal data, regulating marketing practices, requiring notification in connection with data breaches, and regulating privacy in the workplace.

Jack stands ready to assist businesses in:

understanding and meeting their legal privacy and security obligations;
developing information security plans, practices, and protocols for the protection of data;
responding appropriately to a data breach; and
