Ellis Lawhorne's McCants Writes Chapter of New Construction Litigation Book

Ellis Lawhorne shareholder John L. McCants co-authored the South Carolina law chapter of the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Construction Litigation Desk Reference: A State-By-State Compendium. The Desk Reference provides a concise analysis of the issues regularly encountered in construction litigation including: insurance coverage, contract law, torts, delay claims, lien law, and damages. The publication is divided by state, and each state chapter is authored by an attorney with expertise in construction litigation.
